Tom Cuthbert serves as a Vistage Master Chair and CEO Coach in San Antonio. He has had an extensive, 35-year career of building, buying and selling businesses across multiple industries. The most recent company, Adometry, was acquired by Google.
Today Tom chairs six Vistage groups made up of 100 CEOs and business leaders from diverse industries in San Antonio. He’s been recognized multiple times with the Vistage Chair Excellence Award, STAR Award and consistently ranks in the top 10 nationally. Tom was named “Vistage Chair of the Year” for the Southern region two of the last three years. In 2019, Tom was honored to receive the Pat Hyndman Award for his commitment to service to the Vistage community.
In 2017 he launched Sales San Antonio, LLC and acquired Sandler Training for South Texas. In 2020 he formed Sales City Group to acquire and operate franchises across the US.
Tom is a founder and serves on the board of directors for Tech Bloc. He is also chairman of the board of trustees for a private school.

Virginia Lee Williams serves as Partner / Principal for Sandler Sales City Group. She has 25 years of global sales experience in a vast array of industries, leading teams in start-up, public, and private equity companies. She’s led multi-channel sales teams, revamped sales models for increased margin and profitability and led client success teams focused on increasing retention and growth. She’s known for recruiting and developing top talent and building strong teams.
Virginia has served as a champion for her clients and employees during her entire career, at every company, in every part of the world. She reveres clients and practices the art of “Servant Leadership”. Virginia thrives on motivating others to be the best they can be and generating excitement while growing revenue by marrying strategy with execution. She’s results orientated and credits her ‘find a way’ spirit to her up-bringing on a rural Minnesota farm.
